Hi, I’m Munirah. In the trade since 1989. Founded Homefield in 1995 — a pioneering Bumiputera agent building a firm around people, not listings.
I teach what I practise: MAREC speaker yearly since 2017, MIEA CPD instructor on land deals. My own bio leads on team-building — train judgment, systematise it, pass it on.
The goal now is legacy: systems that let the business outlive me.
